Creospan is a growing tech collective of makers, shakers, and problem solvers, offering solutions today that will propel businesses into a better tomorrow. β€œTomorrow’s ideas, built today!” In addition to being able to work alongside equally brilliant and motivated developers, our consultants appreciate the opportunity to learn and apply new skills and methodologies to different clients and industries. β€’ β€’ β€’ β€’ β€’ β€’ NO C2C/3RD PARTY, LOOKING FOR W2 CANDIDATES ONLY, must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future β€’ β€’ β€’ Senior Machine Learning Engineer Remote Long term Contract Must-Have HARD Skills: β€’ 5-10 years of Python experience β€’ 3-5 years of Pytorch experience β€’ 5+ years of Distributed ML Training (FSDP/DDP) experience β€’ 3-5 years of Dataset / Pytorch DataLoader experience Nice-to-have Skills: β€’ Demonstrated software engineering experience via work experience, or widely used contributions in open source repositories (e.g. GitHub) β€’ Prior contributions to open-source AI/ML projects Minimum Qualifications: β€’ Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant technical field β€’ 5+ years experience with deep learning β€’ Experience developing machine learning algorithms or machine learning infrastructure in Python or C/C++ β€’ Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and distributed optimization techniques such as FSDP/DDP β€’ Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines β€’ Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices. β€’ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. β€’ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
