Job Title: Data Scientist - Machine Learning Engineer Location(s): Plano, TX 75024 Contract to Hire (Y/N): Potential Right to Hire Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges. • Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI/ML requirements and objectives. • Implement and optimize AI/ML models in production environments. • Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training. • Evaluate model performance and iterate on improvements. • Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development. • Document AI/ML processes and methodologies for future reference. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML. • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++. • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). • Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
