Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data solutions sector, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Machine Learning Ops Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Machine Learning Ops Engineer, you will be supporting the ML platform team within the Customer Experience pillar. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable success within the organization. Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Ops Engineer Location: Cincinnati, OH - 4 days a week onsite, Friday WFH What's the Job? Design and implement reusable modules and templates for model training, deployment, and monitoring across cloud platforms such as Google Vertex AI. Build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid development and deployment of machine learning models. Develop automation tools to enhance platform observability, including drift detection, performance tracking, and alerting systems. Collaborate with domain teams to onboard models, ensuring operational standards and service level agreements are met. Support the maintenance and evolution of feature stores, model registries, and endpoint management systems for high-performance inference. What's Needed? Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in MLOps, with proven expertise in working with various ML platforms. Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science methodologies. Experience with cloud technologies, especially Google Cloud and Vertex AI, with adaptability to other platforms like Microsoft Azure or open-source tools. Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business domains effectively. What's in it for me?
