About the Role
We are seeking an execution-focused leader to drive delivery of an established Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) roadmap. The strategy is complete β now itβs about building teams, executing at scale, and ensuring outcomes across modern data platforms, integrations, and reporting solutions. The role will be reporting to the Sr. Director of EDA.
This role requires someone with a blend of technical depth and leadership, who can both oversee delivery programs and roll up their sleeves where needed. A major part of the mandate is to build and grow a high-performing India-based team (Hyderabad based) while partnering closely with US business and technical leaders.
No C2C or third party.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Team Build-Out (India): Confirm requirements then work to rapidly Hire, mentor, and scale skilled teams in India (Hyderabad), ensuring seamless integration with US operations.
β’ Execute the Roadmap: Work closely with the Sr. Director of EDA to understand and deliver the EDA strategy.
β’ Delivery Leadership: Guide the execution across data platforms, integrations, and reporting.
β’ Hands-On Guidance: Support engineering teams with technical problem-solving where needed.
β’ Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with US leadership, but remain focused on delivery, adoption, and quality rather than redefining strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
β’ Proven success building out enterprise data & analytics operations at scale.
β’ Strong experience with Snowflake in production environments.
β’ Background in traditional data warehouses (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server).
β’ Expertise in data integration (Boomi or MuleSoft).
β’ Hands-on experience with data replication tools (Fivetran, Qlik Replicate, or similar).
β’ Proficiency in Power BI for enterprise reporting and migration off of other reporting and visualization tools.
β’ Track record of building and managing high-performing offshore teams, specifically in India. Have a solid understanding of approach and challenges to being successful there.
β’ Strong leadership and delivery/operational management skills, with the ability to balance execution, oversight, and hands-on support.
Nice-to-Have Experience
β’ Exposure to Enterprise Applications like Salesforce, Oracle, Workday and others.
β’ Prior success in private equity-backed, high-growth, or M&A-driven environments.
