Job Details: Job Title: Senior HubSpot Consultant – Marketo to HubSpot Migration Location: Carmel, IN Hybrid: Yes- 3 days a week Duration: Long term Contract Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to lead and execute the migration from Adobe Marketo to HubSpot. The resource will be responsible for planning, data migration, system configuration, integration, validation, and post-migration support to ensure a smooth transition with minimal business disruption. Scope of Work • Migrate marketing automation platform from Marketo to HubSpot • Perform an initial "lift and shift” of the existing setup • Provide guidance on HubSpot best practices and UX improvements • Enable future marketing automation maturity and scalability • Demonstrate proven experience in Marketo to HubSpot migrations with the ability to advise and execute Integration Requirements • Microsoft Dynamics (primary) • Salesforce (possible future integration) Skills & Roles Required Core Consulting Skills • HubSpot Solution Architect (mandatory) • Marketo to HubSpot Migration Specialist • Marketing Automation Strategist Technical Execution Skills • HubSpot Administrator / Developer • CRM Integration Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce) • Data Migration Engineer • Marketing Operations Specialist Roles & Responsibilities • Lead and manage end-to-end Marketo to HubSpot migration activities • Assess current-state Marketo setup and define migration approach • Configure HubSpot to match and enhance existing capabilities • Manage integrations with CRM and downstream systems • Validate data integrity and campaign functionality post-migration • Provide post-migration support, documentation and handover Staffworxs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
