Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Martech Analyst to join our Marketing Technology team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decision making for our mobile gaming business, ensuring that marketing and financial performance are measured accurately and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for attribution analysis, marketing data infrastructure, and reporting for both marketing and finance stakeholders, while partnering closely with Marketing, BI, and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Attribution & Analytics: Conduct analysis related to install attribution and user activity across multiple games to assess marketing performance and return on investment.
• Dashboard Management: Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Looker to provide actionable insights to Marketing and Finance stakeholders.
• Data Reconciliation: Support ongoing reconciliation of data across mobile acquisition partners, ad mediation platforms, and data aggregators to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) Ownership: Manage marketing setup, configuration, and troubleshooting within our MMP (Adjust)
• Marketing Support & Request Management: Collaborate with Marketing to scope requests, execute when feasible, or escalate by creating tickets for Engineering or BI teams.
• Data Projects: deliver data-driven projects that generate measurable value for the Marketing team, from concept to execution
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Experience in marketing analytics, marketing technology, or data analytics within a mobile app, gaming, or digital business.
• Strong understanding of mobile attribution models, MMPs (preferably Adjust), and digital advertising ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (preferably Looker) and SQL proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data pipelines, or BI engineering workflows.
• Exposure to mobile gaming or entertainment industries.
