As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise on collecting, reviewing, monitoring, and analyzing business data to solve problems and/or make recommendations to improve business performance, as well as identify opportunities for enhanced business efficiency and performance through data and technology.

Responsibilities
The Single Family Market Engagement - Business Analyst - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
β’ Advise team on determining business needs through understanding business unit operations and mortgage ecosystem.
β’ Review and evaluate data on business operations, human capital, resources and strategic business initiatives related to client engagement, market segmentation and portfolio transparency.
β’ Collaborate with the management team to finalize recommendations determining areas for improved business performance, strategic initiatives and reporting.
β’ Apply expertise to identify solutions to improve business performance.
β’ Make recommendations on how to translate business analysis results for customers to empower data-driven decision making to help form and shape Single-Family strategy for Market Engagement.
Minimum Required Experiences
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
β’ At least 6 years of relevant experience
β’ Experience and understanding of the mortgage process and industry
β’ Skilled in SQL
β’ Experience using Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, JIRA and Power BI
Desired Experiences
β’ Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent
β’ Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
β’ Expertise in using statistical methods, including: developing and testing hypotheses, using experimental design, and running linear and logistic regressions
β’ Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
β’ Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
β’ Experience identifying and selecting strategic options, and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives

β’ Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages.
β’ Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
β’ Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
β’ Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
β’ Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
β’ Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
β’ Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
β’ Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
β’ Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
β’ Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
β’ Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.
