About The Role
Are you ready to use data science to drive real-world change? As a Smart Insight Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of our water efficiency strategy, unlocking insights from billions of smart meter reads to understand how customers use water and how we can help them use it more sustainably.
This is a role where your analysis won’t just sit in a report it will shape innovative engagement campaigns, guide targeted interventions, and support educational programmes that deliver measurable environmental benefits. You’ll lead data-driven projects that challenge conventional thinking and explore new ways to inspire lasting behaviour change.
You’ll also play a key role in regulatory reporting, analysing water savings and demand trends to ensure compliance and support strategic planning. Your technical expertise will help inform future initiatives and push the boundaries of what’s possible in water efficiency.
Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work across teams to ensure insights are clearly communicated and effectively applied, and you’ll build strong relationships throughout the business to champion the work of the water efficiency team. Your ability to turn complex data into compelling stories will help influence decisions at every level.
If you’re passionate about data, sustainability, and making a meaningful impact, this is your chance to help shape the future of water use.
About You

You’re confident presenting your findings to a wide range of audiences, making the technical feel accessible and the abstract feel tangible.
With strong technical expertise, a flexible approach to problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit, you’ll be a key player in cross-functional teams, helping us shape smarter strategies and deliver measurable environmental impact.
