Spring Boot Sr. Technical Lead

Job Title: Java Technical Lead Location: Celebration, Florida (Remote not allowed, Onsite from day 1) 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java 8, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices & Cloud platform4+ years of experience in microservices based architectureContribute to and oversee the design of software systems, including application architecture, database design, and cloud-based solutionsConduct code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and other technical leads to define project requirements, communicate progress, and ensure alignment on project goals.Analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.Deep understanding of Java programming language, frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate), and related technologiesHands on experience in Agile MethodologyPerform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelinesDevelop and adhere to project plans, including an effective communication plan and production implementation planAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and SecurityStrong leadership skills and ability to self-manageAbility to prioritize and meet strict deadlinesGuide the team technically and perform code reviewsCollaborate with technical architect and quality team for the deliverables.Responsible to ensure production stability, coordinate with the DevOps and Deployment teams for releasesSupport and encourage to build a quality documentation for each phase of the project Design, Development, Unit testing, Production Deployment and Hyper care supportEnsure to meet all customer compliance metrics during project executionMitigate risks and issues identified during project executionHandle multiple project executions in parallel and ensure to keep them all in trackGood understanding and utilization of software design patternsKnowledge using Splunk, App Dynamics, Grafana and Datadog Synthetics is added advantageVery good communication skills.
