Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and views. • Hands-on experience with Service Broker for messaging and queuing. • Proficiency in query tuning and performance optimization. • Solid understanding of relational database design and normalization principles. • Familiarity with ETL tools such as SSIS and data warehousing concepts. • Knowledge of database security and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2). • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience in healthcare or benefits administration environments is a plus.
