This role is focused on supporting data operations and analytics for Marathon Petroleum s terminal systems (likely related to fuel distribution/logistics). Key tasks include:
• SQL Development: Writing and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures.
• ETL Processes: Extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources.
• Data Modeling: Designing schemas and structuring databases for performance and scalability.
• Reporting & Analytics: Supporting business intelligence efforts across terminal operations.
Required Skills
• SQL Expertise: Advanced query optimization, performance tuning, and stored procedures.
• ETL & Integration: Experience with tools like SSIS or Azure SQL.
• Data Modeling: Schema design and understanding of relational databases.
• .NET Knowledge: Basic understanding to separate business logic between application and database layers.
