Our client is seeking a highly skilled SQL expert to support a Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) sprint. This role requires translating business questions into structured analytical tasks, explaining data analysis approaches in natural language, and designing SQL queries to execute those analyses.
Responsibilities:
• Interpret client business questions and break them down into structured tasks.
• Write natural-language responses explaining how the data should be analyzed.
• Design and develop SQL queries that accurately address the analytical requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability of queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications:
• Proven expertise in SQL, including complex query design and optimization.
• Strong background in data analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate analytical approaches clearly in plain language.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and relational databases.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in RLHF or AI-related projects is a plus, but not required.
