JustinBradleyβs client, a Global Leader in Streaming and Media Services, is seeking a strategic, tech-driven Senior Analyst to join our Enterprise Systems & Services team, supporting a portfolio of People & Culture (P&C) applications. This global role sits at the intersection of technology and HR, driving process improvement and aligning digital platforms with organizational goals. You will work closely with key stakeholders in Human Resources, DEI, Legal, and Enterprise Technology, supporting major systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and other HR and compliance platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Project Management (50%)
β’ Lead requirement gathering and business analysis for enhancements to Workday, ServiceNow, legal systems, and DEI platforms.
β’ Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs.
β’ Support prioritization of business needs, developing detailed project plans and managing workstreams from discovery through implementation.
β’ Oversee testing phases including Functional and User Acceptance Testing (FAT/UAT), change management, and end-user training.
β’ Manage incident triage, root cause analysis, and ticket resolution; track SLAs and present updates in stakeholder review meetings.
β’ Contribute to major projects such as the streaming platform integration, inclusion platform enhancements, and other enterprise-wide HR technology initiatives.
β’ Provide support on additional cross-functional projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive mindset.
β’ Represent the team in a matrixed environment, influencing key business units (BU Champions) and supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives.
Strategy & Stakeholder Alignment (25%)
β’ Collaborate with HR and DEI leaders to align digital tools with strategic priorities.
β’ Develop frameworks to evaluate and monitor the success of business processes and application roadmaps.
β’ Prepare data-driven presentations and strategic briefings for senior executives.
β’ Build dynamic dashboards and business intelligence tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomes.
β’ Establish strong relationships across departments, facilitating effective communication and long-term planning.
Data & Analytics (25%)
β’ Perform comprehensive performance analyses on business systems and processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for automation and improvement.
β’ Actively engage in stakeholder meetings to understand upcoming initiatives and ensure alignment with technical capabilities and resources.
β’ Translate complex data into actionable insights that support continuous process improvement and informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in a related field
β’ 3+ years of experience in project or data analysis, ideally within HR, DEI, or enterprise systems
β’ Hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and/or similar ERP and SaaS platforms
β’ Familiarity with DEI initiatives and platforms strongly preferred
β’ Strong understanding of SDLC, technical project lifecycles, and process improvement methodologies
β’ Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and security best practices including SSO
β’ Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools is a plus
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes
β’ Familiarity with media, streaming, or entertainment industries is preferred
