Job Overview:
Stratfield is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Sr. Analyst to support the rollout and ongoing operations for the launch of a new internal talent-sharing application. This platform enables employees to express availability for cross-departmental project work and allows leaders to source internal talent for short-term project needs. Think of it as an internal βtalent exchangeβ that fosters visibility, collaboration, and development opportunities across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, operational discipline and a passion for enabling cross-functional collaboration.
This is a 12 month contract that will be hybrid here in Atlanta. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities:
Hyper Care Support
β’ Pre-launch preparation, readiness checks, data validation, etc.
Ongoing Application Support
β’ Perform back-end maintenance and data integrity checks, troubleshoot and maintain a shared inbox of requests.
End of Opportunity Notifications
β’ Automate and manage notifications.
Stale User Engagement Notifications
β’ Monitor user activity and trigger alerts.
Departmental Reporting
β’ Generate monthly reports for consultants.
Organizational Reporting
β’ Provide Executive level dashboards and insights.
Qualifications:
β’ Strong analytical and data skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
β’ Exposure to internal mobility, talent development, or workforce planning systems.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage cross-functional communications
β’ Familiarity with HR Systems or talent marketplaces.
β’ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
β’ Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps (low-code/no-code platform) preferred.
β’ SharePoint experience preferred
β’ Bachelorβs degree
