Position Summary:
As a Sr. BI Analyst - Digital Analytics, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally with analytics enablement team, data engineering teams & change teams within DTO organization to successfully make data & insights accessible to drive enhancements.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in STEM Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years experience with demonstrated success in business intelligence engineering or comparable data analytics related field
• At least 5 years’ experience writing Strong SQL and data analysis skills and working with systems such as SQL Server, BigQuery, Oracle, Snowflake, etc.
• Experience using online-offline data, querying data and building executive dashboards via visualizations tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Data Studio, etc. Analysis & Storytelling
• Design a holistic approach for marketing analytics analysis and reporting across any/all channels (digital or traditional) to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on key activities to the marketing team and the organization’s leadership team.
• Subject matter expert in Digital Analytics platforms like Google Analytics, GTM, Data Studio, Customer Data Platforms [CDP], Google Optimize, Full Story, etc.
• Strong experience with in-house data warehouses & Cloud based data warehouses
• Strong business acumen to drive analytics strategy put forth by the leadership team
• Proven track record of working with complex datasets, stitching of data across multiple data sources & data prepping/data cleansing
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insights with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and translate business requirements into technical results
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
• Building dashboards & reports in Tableau or Amplitude, QlikView/Qlik Sense & drive insights to product teams
• Building relationships with product teams to gather requirements, communicate insights and provide solutions
• Work on data prepping, cleansing & manipulation of data in cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Big Query, GCP, etc.
• Use a variety of tools to extract and analyze data generated by online user activity & offline touchpoints such as call center data, CSAT data, etc.
• Conduct moderate to complex data profiling and analysis to evaluate data sources to determine the best source for business information
• Communicate insights and provide solutions
• Manage Digital analytics project initiatives and support Digital analytics maintenance efforts
• Work with web development, data analytics and business teams
• Understand the behavior and expectations of online/offline visitors
