Description: • Seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Generics Analytics team. • This role is critical to support strategic initiatives such as pricing optimization, customer segmentation, and performance tracking across OTC/CPG portfolio. • Candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders - including Finance, Sales, and Category Management - to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and OKRs. • Partner with business leaders to translate data into strategic insights. • Lead analytics for initiatives such as Project Optima, and COPA/FDP reporting. • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility. • Support ad hoc analysis and executive presentations. Qualifications: • Advanced proficiency in Databricks, SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Excel, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks). Experience of min 5 years. • This role requires a deep understanding of pharmaceutical distribution and generics market dynamics. • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data science. • Strong communication and storytelling skills with data. • Demonstrated alignment with I2CARE values and ILEAD leadership behaviors. • Should be comfortable working independently with minimal guidance from management.
