Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer/Analyst

Description We are seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer/Analyst to join our dynamic team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with diverse stakeholders, drive data-driven decision-making, and contribute to impactful business initiatives. What You'll Do: • Plan and execute advanced data analytics projects with strategic impact. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to complete projects and drive insights. • Utilize SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, Python, SSIS, and/or Business Objects to extract, mine, and automate data from internal systems. • Implement Kimball methodology and develop data feeds for enterprise reporting. • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and paginated reports to present business trends. • Build and nurture relationships with clients by developing tailored reports and data solutions. • Lead quantitative research projects, from business problem identification to model development and communication of results. • Analyze financial and operational systems, interpret data, and develop actionable insights for leadership teams. • Participate in key company initiatives, including product/system development, process improvements, and M& A due diligence. • Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring and supporting colleagues as needed. • Maintain strong partnerships with business teams to ensure high utilization of reporting services. • Present regular updates and analysis to leadership, identifying opportunities for operational enhancements. Experience: • Minimum6yearsindatabases,datawarehousing,datamining,oranalytics. • Atleast3yearsworkingwithSQL,Snowflake,and/orOracle. • Atleast3yearsusingadvancedquantitativeandanalyticalproblem-solving. • 2+yearsreportingexperiencewithtoolssuchasPowerBI,SSRS,Sigma,and/orMicroStrategy. • AdditionalskillswithSSIS,Python,Kafka,andInformerareaplus. Skills: • Strongcommunicationskills(verbalandwritten)toeffectivelyinteractwithdiversestakeholders. • Abilitytoleadandworkcollaborativelywithinateam-orientedenvironment. • Comfortableaskingforassistanceandofferingsupporttoteammates.
