This role is ideal for an AWS professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys mentoring peers, and wants to make an impact by building scalable and future-ready cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud solutions leveraging AWS services • Build and maintain ETL processes to support data transformation and integration • Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver solutions in evolving scenarios • Mentor and guide technologists on AWS best practices • Contribute to system architecture discussions focused on scalability and growth • Integrate AWS solutions with platforms such as Anaplan Required Skills & Experience • Strong hands-on AWS experience (Developer + Solutions Architect skills) • Proficiency in Python and Java for development and automation • Proven ETL building expertise (Extract, Transform, Load) • Ability to mentor and guide teams in AWS best practices • Comfortable working with ambiguous or evolving requirement Qualifications • Aspirations or prior experience in System Architecture • AWS to Anaplan integration experience • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to align with Southwest’s people-first culture If this sounds like you, let’s connect.
