This role is key to designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise data solutions in collaboration with team members. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on RPDM experience, strong expertise in data cleansing and matching, and a solid background in data warehousing. This is a senior-level role suited for someone comfortable operating with minimal oversight, can translate requirements into technical design, and delivers robust, scalable RPDM solutions within complex data ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, high-performance data workflows and integration solutions using RPDM Define data transformation, matching, and cleansing strategies aligned to business and data quality requirements Collaborate with data architects to evolve platform capabilities and ensure consistency with enterprise standards Work with business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable RPDM solutions Build, test, and optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and quality Collaborate in the design of data warehouse structures and support downstream analytics and reporting teams Document solution designs, workflow logic, and operational runbooks Participate in peer reviews and support continuous improvement of development practices Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security requirements
