The Select Group is looking for a talented Sr. Data Engineer to join one of their top pharmaceutical partners. This role is essential in accelerating data workflows, improving data quality, and enabling scalable, automated reporting solutions across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
• Design and build scalable data pipelines to support brand launches
• Lead data mastering and quality improvement initiatives
• Address and resolve technical data analysis debt
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions
• Develop automated reporting and data integration workflows
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience working as a Senior Data Engineer in enterprise environments
• Strong proficiency in SQL and python for data transformation and scripting
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake for cloud-based data warehousing
• Expertise in DBT (Data Build Tool) for data modeling and pipeline development
• Experience building and orchestrating workflows using Apache Airflow
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and performance optimization
