Job Description – Position: Sr. Tableau Developer Location: Remote (MUST work PST hours) Duration: 4-Month Contract Pay Rate: $75/hr C2C Interview Type: Video Interview Visa Restrictions: No sponsorship available About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Tableau Developer with strong expertise in Tableau Cloud migration and project leadership. This role requires a proven track record of building and migrating enterprise BI solutions using Tableau, strong SQL skills, and the ability to interface with healthcare business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will not only bring technical depth but also leadership experience in managing BI/analytics resources and driving reporting initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead Tableau Cloud migration projects and ensure seamless transition from on-premise to cloud. • Collaborate with business stakeholders (including healthcare SMEs) to gather requirements and design scalable reporting solutions. • Develop, optimize, and maintain complex dashboards and reports in Tableau. • Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for reporting and analytics. • Architect reporting and BI solutions aligned with enterprise needs. • Mentor, guide, and manage BI/analytics technical resources to deliver solutions on time. • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement healthcare analytics programs and data solutions. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 7+ years of experience with business intelligence, reporting, and analytics, with a strong focus on Tableau. • Tableau Cloud migration experience (must-have). • Experience leading BI/reporting projects and teams. • Strong proficiency in SQL and database stored procedures. • 4+ years of healthcare data experience (highly preferred). • Proven experience interfacing with business SMEs to set up healthcare analytics solutions. • Strong understanding of BI architecture and enterprise reporting environments.
