SRE Support Engineer (L2)

Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)
Relevant Experience: 5+ Years
Required Skills:
β’ Experience Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
β’ Must have L2 Support project experience with exposure to Splunk, DataDog, AEM Analytics, AppDynamics & should be able to analyze and provide gap analysis from error/Alert logs
β’ SRE skillset in handling UI/Infra
β’ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS), especially AWS OpenAI and Cognitive Services.
β’ Implement AI/AgenticAI/ML models using frameworks like ChromaDB, PyTorch, Jira, OpenAI, lanchain, streamlit, etc.
β’ Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks
β’ Experience with CI/CD pipelines, modular software design, and testing.
Good to Have Skills: Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML) is a plus.
