Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a talented SSIS ETL Developer to join their team. As an SSIS ETL Developer, you will be part of the Data Integration Department supporting the Data Engineering and Analytics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS to support data integration initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions
• Optimize SQL queries and data workflows for performance and scalability
• Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy
• Utilize version control tools like Git and project management platforms such as Jira to track progress and collaborate effectively
What's Needed?
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with TSQL, SSIS, and ETL development
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, and Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• Experience working with PowerBI, Oracle, Teradata, and AutoSys is highly desirable
• Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
