Staff Data Modeler Nashville TN – Day 1 Onsite 12+ Months Contract Job Description: • Client is seeking an experienced Staff Data Modeler to lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • This is a strategic role that bridges business needs and technical execution by developing enterprise-wide data models that support advanced analytics, machine learning, and real-time insights. Key Responsibilities: • Architect and maintain logical and physical data models across business domains. • Collaborate with Data Product Owners to align models with business goals. • Lead data modeling best practices including schema design, data governance, and metadata management. • Optimize cloud-based data structures for performance, scalability, and interoperability. • Drive enterprise data standards, security, and compliance across platforms. • Identify and resolve data architecture gaps and drive innovation in data product design.
