Statistical Programming Analyst

Our client, a leading insurance organization in Columbia, SC, is seeking a Statistical Programming Analyst to identify patterns and trends through the use of reporting and data mining. This is a contract to hire position! If you are a Statistical Analyst with strong organizational and analytical skills, and are looking for an opportunity for career growth with one of the largest employers in South Carolina, this may be the place for you! This is a hybrid role in Columbia SC. 3 Days onsite in office, 2 days remote. Candidate must be local or within a comfortable commuting distance and able to work in the office three days a week. What you will do in this role: Develops comprehensive reports and analyzes data to identify patterns and trends. Assists in creating materials that aid in illustrating analytical/data findings. Identifies opportunities for improvement that can be addressed with educational initiatives. Education/Experience required: • Bachelors Degree in Statistics/Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or job related field • Working experience with statistical programming or statistical interpretation analysis. • US Citizen or Green Card holder • 1-year statistical programming or related information technology or research and analysis experience. • 1-year relational database experience.
