Key Responsibilities:
• Use advanced statistical methods to analyze and interpret datasets, ensuring insights are actionable and relevant for AI training.
• Design and implement statistical models to address complex challenges in AI and business contexts.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions and refine AI model performance.
• Create detailed written reports and deliver compelling presentations to convey findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy throughout the AI training process, ensuring labeled datasets meet high standards.
• Stay updated on new developments in statistical methodologies, AI technologies, and data annotation techniques.
• Develop an educational approach to other team members, fostering their growth in statistical and AI-related skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven expertise in statistical methods, including hypothesis testing, regression, and predictive modeling.
• Strong proficiency in R and SAS for data analysis, visualization, and model building.
• Experience in labeling and preparing datasets for AI training with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex insights through clear written documentation and verbal presentations.
• Ability to develop creative solutions for ambiguous or incomplete datasets.
• Commitment to precision in statistical modeling and data integrity.
• Experience in remote, cross-cultural, and collaborative environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Awareness of AI training processes, model evaluation, and data annotation tools.
• Experience mentoring or leading analytical teams, particularly in AI-focused projects, it's nice to have.
