Role Responsibilities
• Design challenging, high-quality statistics problems to evaluate and train advanced AI models
• Review and assess AI-generated statistical solutions for correctness, rigor, and clarity
• Identify gaps in reasoning, incorrect assumptions, or methodological flaws
• Provide complete, well-structured solutions and written feedback
• Contribute to data generation workflows that improve next-generation AI systems
Requirements
• PhD in Statistics or a closely related field
• Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High proficiency in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
