This role focuses on transforming core operating processes through automation and AI tools. The primary objectives are to eliminate manual processes and significantly reduce the time spent by technical account managers. Key areas include tracking implementation timelines, creating knowledge bases for training, and building dynamic tracking of current accounts. Key Responsibilities • Transform core operating processes using automation and AI tools. • Eliminate manual processes and reduce manual steps/time for account managers. • Address processes such as tracking implementation timelines and building dynamic account tracking. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, technical, and operations. Skillsets Desired Operational • Proven track record of enhancing process flows via automated solutions. • Experience in project and/or program management. Technical • Experience with software platforms like JIRA, Tableau/Sigma, Salesforce, Confluence, and Asana. • AI tooling experience, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini/Scripts, and Cursor. • Hands-on SQL experience for troubleshooting and data investigation. • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel. • Preferred system integration experience (API, ETL). General • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree required. • 2-3 years of work experience in operations roles (IT, Tech, Consulting, Business Solutions/Analyst).
