Job Description:
.We are looking for candidates who have current/recent past SWIFT Operational & technical experience which will be a part of the day-to-day support activities on the platform. Foundational knowledge about SWIFT Product & understanding how it operates in the Banking/Financial markets is a must have to support this role.
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in engineering and operational support of SWIFT Technologies, platform, and infrastructure.
Skilled in supporting SWIFT products (Alliance Cloud, Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform) and related components (HSM, Alliance Connect
Server patching
Platform maintenance & changes on SWIFT platform
Platform shakeout testing
Production changes
Maintain up-to-date enterprise asset repository of service, server mapping using SharePoint and Confluence.
24x7 rotating on-call.
Coordinate with Application Vulnerability team who run tests/scripts on SWIFT Production environments to validate any vulnerabilities associated with SWIFT. Coordinate with team to resolve those issues.
HSM troubleshooting
2+ years of Linux and Unix
Build packages, deploy SWIFT products
Modify/Create scripts for testing of application deployments
Experience with legacy messaging technology β IBM MQ, SQS/SNS
Experience migration on-prem to AWS
AWS native services: EC2, Lambda, SQS, SNS
Python β preferred NOT required
Root Cause Analysis β Troubleshooting: Determine cause of operating errors and take corrective action
Documentation using Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
SQL β Created PL/SQL stored procedures, functions and packages for various functions within the application.
Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing specifically migrating on-premise infrastructure to cloud environment
Exposure to working in agile framework
Experience using APIs for developing or programming software
Skilled in XML, using REST API
