Tableau Data Analyst

Our client is looking for a technically skilled and analytically minded professional to drive impactful insights across clinical and operational metrics. This role supports executive decision-making through rich, actionable dashboards and data solutions. You’ll be joining a team where creativity, communication, and independent problem-solving are as critical as technical know-how. • Location: Hybrid in PHX, AZ • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $45-55/hour • No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role What You’ll Do: • Develop and maintain dashboards and ad-hoc reports that provide visibility for executive stakeholders • Support data migration efforts and future enhancements as part of an upcoming operational reporting go-live • Translate complex datasets into compelling data stories that drive operational decisions • Collaborate across departments while taking ownership of deliverables with minimal oversight What Gets You the Job: • Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard development, visualization, and reporting • Strong SQL skills, especially working with SQL Server and EMR systems • Experience working with healthcare-related data; familiarity with Netsmart or similar platforms preferred • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a knack for storytelling through data Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) connects top talent with exceptional opportunities in IT, Security, Engineering, and Design.
