Tableau Developer - 3 Days/wk Onsite

Seeking an Entry-level Tableau/Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to help design innovative, scalable, and self-service BI solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data, visualization, and empowering business partners to drive insights that improve our members' financial quality of life. Position Details: Location: Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite in Colorado Springs, CO Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire Eligibility: Must be W2-eligible (no sub-vendor engagements supported) Key Responsibilities Development (65%) • Design, develop, document, test, and modify computer systems or programs based on user/system specifications. • Translate business logic and goals into query logic and dashboard content. • Create, update, and test intuitive dashboards and data extracts using tools like Tableau and SQL. Communication & Documentation (20%) • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and data requirements. • Collaborate to define KPIs, layout options, and provide ongoing support. • Work closely with teammates for cross-training and paired development. • Maintain clear records of business requirements and development activities. Maintenance (5%) • Provide technical support for BI content. • Identify opportunities to scale and improve existing BI solutions. Data Governance & Stewardship (5%) • Ensure consistency in definitions and data lineage across BI content. • Maintain data security and integrity. Continued Learning (5%) • Stay current with BI systems and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in Tableau and SQL. • Strong understanding of business intelligence, data analysis, and visualization. • Ability to create user-friendly dashboards and data queries. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
