As a Tableau Developer (CLT), you will be an integral part of the Data & Analytics department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will enable you to thrive within the organization. Job Title: Tableau Developer (CLT) Location: Charlotte, NC Pay range: $65-70 What's the Job? • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports tailored to business needs. • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to translate requirements into impactful visualizations. • Perform data modeling, ETL processes, and ensure data integrity across multiple sources. • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. • Apply data science techniques such as predictive modeling and statistical analysis to enhance reporting capabilities. What's Needed? • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization. • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with Oracle databases. • Solid understanding of data science concepts including regression, clustering, and forecasting. • Experience with ETL tools and data preparation workflows.
