We are urgently looking for a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in the Banking/Financial domain for an onsite Contract-to-Hire role in Summit, NJ. The ideal consultant will have recent 5+ years in financial services, with expertise in SQL/data analysis, Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, ADO), API/Integration (JSON/XML), and FinTech workflows. This role requires someone who can bridge business and technical teams, drive requirement workshops, support production issues, and ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
