Job Title : Technical Business Analyst Client Location: Jersey City, NJ / Irving, TX (3 days a week Hybrid onsite) Duration : Long term contract Contract: W2 Job Description: Good with Java API, Big data, DB AND has deep understanding of Tech. • Analysis of business processes requirements, improvement areas and solutions implementation support. • Review business processes and optimization of business strategies and IT automation. • Participate and perform in requirements analysis. • Documenting and Conducting meetings, presentations to share ideas and findings.. • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. • Critical information gathering from various stakeholders and drafting a business solution. • Participating in user acceptance testing and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements, monitoring performance.. • Defining and implementation of guidelines and standards • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. • Deliverables monitoring and timely completion of project as overall. • Technology awareness and IT advancements knowledge to automate and modernize systems. • Knowledge of Java, Spring boot, Messaging Platforms, Cloud Infrastructure design and analysis, Front end technologies like React Js, Angular Js. • Banking domain knowledge.
