Responsibilities:
β’ Understand customer requirements and business objectives.
β’ Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals.
β’ Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with inhouse technical staff.
β’ Design IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality.
β’ Support new technology implementation.
β’ Train users in new and existing IT systems.
β’ Provide assistance with technical issues.
β’ Revise existing systems and suggest improvements.
β’ Produce reports

Technical Skills:
β’ Product Ownership: Ability to function as a product owner, including writing requirements, working with engineering, understanding business requirements, and breaking them down into sizable engineering requirements.
β’ Technology Migration: Experience or understanding of how largescale technology migrations should take place.
β’ This will be the primary duty.
β’ Technical Understanding: Ability to understand highlevel engineering terms and how technology works.
β’ Solutions Architecture: Understanding of technologies, similar to a solutions architect role, without necessarily needing a development background.
Software Development Technologies: Familiarity with software development tools and concepts, including:

β’ Google products (B2B)
β’ Fullstack development (front-end web experience)
β’ Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
β’ Basic understanding of application development technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, UI technologies)
β’ Business Systems Analysis: Ability to evaluate existing technologies from a business perspective to determine if they meet business needs.
Soft Skills:
β’ Strong Communication: Ability to present to various stakeholders and interface with executive teams.
β’ WellSpoken: Essential for interacting with different groups.
β’ Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate requests and determine how to deliver solutions.
β’ Relationship Building: Critical for success, fostering strong relationships with engineering partners and business partners.
β’ Business Acumen: Ability to understand what the business is truly asking for.
Preferred Experience:
β’ Working in large, matrixed enterprise environments with a variety of products and technologies.
β’ Candidates do not necessarily need a telecom background, but experience in a large company with similar complexity is beneficial.
β’ No experience in data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is required.
Pay Range: $45 - $50/hr onΒ W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
