OP is actively seeking a sharp, data-driven Business Analyst to support a leading social media company. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities. • Collect, interpret, and present data to support business decisions. • Translate stakeholder requirements into functional specifications. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. • Support change management efforts by documenting requirements and tracking outcomes. Required Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying complex information and collaborating with diverse teams. • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement improvements. • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to foster positive stakeholder relationships. • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills to guide and support team members. • Solid knowledge of database management software, particularly SQL, for data analysis and manipulation. • Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting data trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making. • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms for data visualization and analysis.
