Contract Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Business and/or Data Analyst or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• 5+ years in business systems / reporting operations with hands-on exception monitoring & remediation.
• Proven SLA delivery, root?cause analysis, and clear documentation.
• Strong written/verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Financial reporting for large organizations.
• Financial services / banking experience.
• Advanced data analysis using Excel, including VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables.
• Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders for data-related projects.
• Experience with root cause analysis to identify and resolve data issues.
• Track and manage data lineage to maintain data integrity across systems.
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Strong skills in SQL query writing and database management.
• Expertise in complex data analysis and data quality assurance.
• Experience in data mining and extracting insights from large datasets.

• Consult as a top subject matter expert on complex, innovative and diverse Data initiatives with high risk or with significant scope, cost, and benefits.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
