Swoon's client in the food and beverage delivery space is seeking an experienced Technical Data Analyst who can serve as a Subject Matter Expert for their integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds for our Drive product & associated suite of APIs. Role Details: Contract Duration: 8 months w/potential extension Rate: $60.34/hr W2 Location: REMOTE Responsibilities: β€’ Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with our partner’s objectives. β€’ Collaborating closely with Merchants and Integrations partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful integration onto their platform. β€’ Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support. β€’ Effectively drive product & associated suite of APIs . Qualifications: β€’ At least 3 years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions. β€’ Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks. β€’ Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve AI experience (not hard requirement, but preferred). β€’ experience in project and/or program management β€’ Experience planning sprints and utilizing Jira for project tracking β€’ Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
