Role: Technical Data Warehouse Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Type: Contract (8 months, possible extension)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Data Warehouse Analyst to support critical projects (PRISM and OMS ReFRAME) while also assisting with production system enhancements and user support. This role involves PL/SQL development, data warehouse design, requirements gathering, testing, and documentation, with a strong focus on Star Schema and Kimball methodology.

β’ Strong expertise in PL/SQL and Data Warehouse concepts
β’ Hands-on experience with Star Schema design and Kimball methodology
β’ Ability to review, convert, and optimize existing code
β’ Strong background in gathering business requirements and translating into technical specs
β’ Experience creating technical documentation and supporting full SDLC
β’ Strong knowledge of software testing practices
Key Responsibilities
β’ Support project delivery for PRISM and OMS ReFRAME initiatives and post go-live support.
β’ Gather business requirements and translate them into technical design documentation.
β’ Design and maintain large-scale data warehouse systems, including Star Schema models.
β’ Prepare detailed design specifications to facilitate development and programming.
β’ Develop and optimize PL/SQL routines to support system development and productivity.
β’ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application/software issues in production environments.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
β’ Support system development in an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment.
β’ Apply knowledge of Data Warehouse design principles to improve efficiency and reporting.
β’ Perform software testing, ensuring quality and accuracy of deliverables.
Qualifications
β’ Proven experience in data warehouse development and analysis.
β’ Strong skills in PL/SQL programming and performance tuning.
β’ Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) preferred.
β’ Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
β’ Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
β’ Ability to thrive in a shared development environment and manage multiple priorities.
