Job Summary: This contingent Data Management Analyst 5 serves as a senior expert and strategic consultant across Data Management functions. The consultant will shape and influence enterprise-level data initiatives, drive long-term data governance solutions, and advise senior leadership on complex, multi-domain data challenges. The role requires advanced analytical thinking, creativity, innovation, and the ability to deliver solutions that support critical business strategies, regulatory expectations, and enterprise data frameworks. The consultant will operate across business, data, and technology teams to establish and enhance data standards, policies, flows, and governance practices. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Consult as an expert advisor on large-scale, complex data initiatives spanning business and technical domains. • Develop or influence enterprise data management strategies, frameworks, and standards. • Collaborate with data product, data integrity, technology, and business partners to define and enhance data governance. • Address complex and unique data challenges requiring deep evaluation and innovative solutions. • Provide expertise and recommendations to senior leadership on data management transformation efforts. • Evaluate data quality issues, data risks, documentation gaps, and drive remediation strategies. • Support oversight and governance of critical data assets, data lineage, data flow processes, and data controls. • Consult on data access policies, data lifecycle management, and data framework alignment. • Ensure all deliverables adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory/compliance requirements. • Engage strategically across Wells Fargo groups to influence long-term data strategy and execution.
