Responsibilities
Develop and maintain user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing designs that adhere to digital design principles and best practices.
Participate in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement of web applications.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring responsiveness across mobile devices.
Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 to track user interactions and improve overall performance.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision to communicate design ideas effectively.
Implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate design effectiveness and user engagement.
Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design.
Skills
Proficiency in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Typescript, Angular, and Bootstrap.
Strong understanding of web design principles including responsive web design, interaction design, and visual design.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
Knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools for effective presentation of information.
Experience with RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end applications and back-end services.
Ability to conduct thorough analysis skills for business requirements gathering and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Proficient in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Balsamiq, Axure, or similar software.
Understanding of motion graphics principles and experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal is advantageous.
