Develop custom business logic and reusable UI components by leveraging deep expertise in JavaScript, Oracle JET (JavaScript Extension Toolkit), HTML5, and CSS3. Architect and oversee the integration of VBCS applications with Oracle SaaS (ERP, HCM, CX) and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and secure REST/SOAP web services. Drive strategic initiatives to migrate and modernize legacy applications (such as Oracle Forms or APEX) into responsive, cloud-native VBCS environments. Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical governance, conducting high-level code reviews, and mentoring junior-to-mid-level developers. Implement enterprise-grade security protocols, including OAuth2, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) integration, ensuring all solutions meet global data privacy standards Conduct deep-dive performance tuning and diagnostic analysis for large-scale deployments to ensure low latency and high availability in a global user environment. Define and manage the CI/CD pipeline and version control strategies (using Git or Visual Builder Studio) to automate deployment and testing across multiple environments. Collaborate with executive-level stakeholders and business analysts to translate vague business challenges into scalable, long-term technical specifications.
