Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Veeva Validation Implementation Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and validation of Veeva systems within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in database management, ETL processes, and performance tuning, along with excellent analytical skills to drive project success.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and validation of Veeva systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
Develop and execute validation plans, protocols, and reports for Veeva applications.
Utilize MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and other databases for data management and analysis.
Perform ETL processes using tools like Talend and SSIS to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Conduct performance tuning of databases and applications to optimize system efficiency.
Write scripts using Bash (Unix shell) and Shell Scripting for automation of tasks.
Analyze linked data structures to enhance data accessibility and usability.
Provide database administration support, including design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Mentor junior team members on best practices in database design and administration.
Requirements
Proficiency in MySQL, Java, PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and Talend.
Strong experience with ETL processes and tools such as SSIS.
Familiarity with Linux operating systems and scripting languages (Bash/Unix shell).
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on performance tuning and database optimization.
Experience in database design and administration is essential.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
