Warehouse Applications Business Analyst (Remote – <10% Travel) A global leader in professional services is seeking an experienced Warehouse Applications Business Analyst to join their warehouse technology team. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver with expertise in WMS solutions—especially Manhattan Active—and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. As the liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors, you will oversee projects, coordinate progress across warehouse application teams, and help drive technology solutions that improve operational efficiency. This is a remote position with minimal travel (<10%). What the right candidate will enjoy! • The opportunity to work on enterprise-grade WMS initiatives impacting national distribution operations • Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS, Labor Management, and SCI Reporting systems • A collaborative, Agile-driven work environment with high visibility to leadership • Minimal travel (<10%) and the flexibility of a remote work arrangement • Professional growth opportunities within a global organization Experience of the right candidate: • 3+ years of experience with warehouse applications • Strong supply chain background with functional knowledge of distribution and 3PL logistics • Proven success in full lifecycle WMS implementations (requirements gathering, configuration, testing, go-live support) • Strong understanding of warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping • Familiarity with integration frameworks (APIs, MIF), SQL, and data analysis tools • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills • Degree in information systems, business administration, supply chain, or equivalent experience • Bonus: Proficiency in data visualization tools and direct experience with Manhattan Active Responsibilities of the right candidate: • Act as the bridge between IT, business users, and third-party vendors for warehouse application projects • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and status meetings to ensure alignment and transparency • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to warehouse operations • Translate business needs into functional specifications for Manhattan Active WMS configurations • Support the implementation and rollout of Manhattan Active WMS across distribution centers • Assist in system configuration, testing, and validation of new features and enhancements • Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse processes using WMS capabilities • Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between WMS and other systems • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials • Configure and implement Manhattan WMS solutions, including Labor Management and SCI Reporting • Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support for Manhattan solutions • Drive integration meetings, define system requirements, and ensure alignment of enhancement requests with core system scope
