Job Title: Sr. Product Analyst
Location: Utah (onsite)
Job-Type: Contract
Salary Range: $100K - $125K
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join the Product team with a focus on data and analytics. This role will leverage advanced analytics to measure product performance, uncover customer insights, and drive data-informed decisions across a variety of digital initiatives.
β’ Duties & Responsibilities:
β’ Partner with product managers to define KPIs and evaluate the success of new features and releases.
β’ Use Quantum Metric (and similar tools such as ContentSquare or FullStory) to identify customer trends, friction points, and behavioral insights.
β’ Conduct deep-dive analyses on feature adoption, customer journeys, and product performance.
β’ Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate new ideas.
β’ Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI).
β’ Perform competitive and opportunity analysis to inform product strategy.
β’ Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional partners, including executives, product, UX, and engineering.
β’ Required Experience & Skills:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Masterβs a plus).
β’ 5+ years of experience in product or digital analytics, ideally in eCommerce or digital-first environments.
β’ Hands-on expertise with Quantum Metric required; experience with Snowflake, SQL, and BI visualization tools.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
β’ Familiarity with agile development and product lifecycles.
β’ Nice to Have:
β’ Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
β’ Knowledge of predictive modeling or machine learning.
β’ Experience in multi-brand or multi-country digital environments.
