Xpertdoc Document Automation Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Document Automation Specialist to lead and support our document generation initiatives using the Xpertdoc platform. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated document workflows.Design and develop document templates using Xpertdoc’s Smart Flows and Template Builder. Developer and oversee end-to-end document automation solutions using Xpertdoc Smart Flows, Template Builder, and custom integrations. Integrate Xpertdoc with enterprise systems to enable dynamic data-driven document generation. Configure conditional logic, workflows, and delivery channels (email, e-signature, SharePoint, etc.). Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into automated document solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot document generation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Maintain documentation and provide training/support to end-users. Experience in the Migration project is a must. Ability to create low level design document from Xpertdoc template Required Skill: 10+ years of hands-on experience with Xpertdoc or equivalent document generation platforms. Proven expertise in Smart Flows, Word-based template logic, and data-driven content personalization. Xpertdoc, Microsoft Word-based template design with conditional logic. SQL and AZ400/Data Querying, API Knowledge, Microservices, Postman. Strong grasp of workflow automation, API integration and data mapping Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Tools: Xpertdoc Smart Flows and Template Builder OpenText Exstream Knowledge with Migration experience.
