Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Quincy, MA that is in need of an AML BSA (SQL/Python). Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support a high-impact initiative focused on consolidating financial data into a centralized system. This role is ideal for someone with a strong business analyst mindset and foundational technical skills in data modeling and analysis. You will work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, clarity, and business relevance-without the need to build systems or infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze financial datasets and model target tables using SQL and Python • Create clear, functional, and technical documentation (e.g., source-to-target mappings, data environment diagrams) • Collaborate with business and technical teams to validate data and translate findings into actionable insights • Assess data quality and business logic to ensure alignment with project goals Requirements • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or systems/business analysis • Proficiency in SQL; Basic Python knowledge preferred • Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts • Background in financial services; Familiarity with AML concepts is a plus • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Nice To Have • Spanish language proficiency • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Familiarity with statistical tools or programming in R The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
