In the Analyst role, you will support data-driven decision-making by analyzing and interpreting data to solve routine business problems. You will work closely with team members, building strong relationships and collaborating to achieve team goals. As you develop your skills, you will handle increasingly complex tasks, use data to identify solutions, and communicate your findings effectively. Leveraging a Transactional Volume exceeding $50B+, we benchmark clients' procurement information against industry standards, guiding them in answering critical procurement questions and achieving purchasing and savings goals with precision. Your impact: Complexity • Performs structured data assignments with diligence, reviewing calculations and identifying discrepancies to ensure accuracy. • Uses established procedures to adjust and validate calculation methods within internal systems. • Develops competence in supporting reporting systems by enhancing automation and streamlining data delivery for efficient insights. • Takes ownership of assigned tasks, completing them with care, consistency, and a willingness to seek clarification and feedback when needed. Decision-Making & Problem Solving • Tracks and completes assigned tasks, meeting deadlines while demonstrating growing autonomy. • Analyzes root causes of simple data or system issues and proposes potential solutions. • Regularly provides clear and concise updates on data resolutions, identifying patterns and recommending areas for improvement. • Participates in the creation and implementation of improvements to ensure compliance and efficiency. Collaboration • Builds strong internal relationships, working cooperatively with team members and offering help when needed. • Communicates issues promptly and escalates concerns appropriately to minimize business impact. • Collaborates closely with business partners to resolve price variances, disputes, and provide data insights. • Engages with stakeholders to develop clear, actionable recommendations that support business goals. Accountability • Leverages automation tools and techniques to analyze and manage large data sets effectively. • Maintains and improves tracking spreadsheets and dashboards to ensure timely data access and decision-making support. • Demonstrates initiative in learning new tools and systems, seeking feedback from more experienced colleagues to refine skills. Resilience • Remains open to feedback and continuously seeks to improve skills and performance. • Displays the ability to learn from mistakes, adjust to feedback, and pivot when priorities change. • Shows motivation to grow within the role by gaining deeper understanding of systems, processes, and business goals. About you: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in audit, data analysis, or a similar role. • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel capabilities. • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization. • Strong analytical skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing data-related tasks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and business partners. • A willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the team’s success in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines. • High adaptability to new technologies and processes.
