Job Title: Data Scientist – AI/ML/NLP/GenAI Location: Lexington, MA (Hybrid: 2–3 Days Onsite/Week) Employment Type: Contract to hire , W2 Only Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship Required Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to support cutting-edge research and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design, implement, and optimize AI/ML/NLP/GenAI solutions Develop and deploy scalable models and algorithms for real-world applications Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and drive innovation Contribute to the full lifecycle of model development—from data preprocessing to production deployment Stay current with emerging technologies and research trends in data science and AI Required Qualifications: Proven experience in AI/ML/NLP/GenAI development and deployment Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work onsite in Lexington, MA 2–3 days per week U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of the work Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field Experience working in R&D or government-supported environments Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI architectures Flexible work from home options available.
