Job Title: Data Scientist – AI/ML/NLP/GenAI Location: Lexington, MA (Hybrid: 2–3 Days Onsite/Week) Employment Type: Contract to hire , W2 Only Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship Required Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to support cutting-edge research and development initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious R&D firms in the country, contributing to transformative projects in artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design, implement, and optimize AI/ML/NLP/GenAI solutions Develop and deploy scalable models and algorithms for real-world applications Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and drive innovation Contribute to the full lifecycle of model developmentβ€”from data preprocessing to production deployment Stay current with emerging technologies and research trends in data science and AI Required Qualifications: Proven experience in AI/ML/NLP/GenAI development and deployment Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work onsite in Lexington, MA 2–3 days per week U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of the work Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field Experience working in R&D or government-supported environments Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI architectures Flexible work from home options available.
