Contribute to the full lifecycle of model developmentβfrom data preprocessing to production deployment
Stay current with emerging technologies and research trends in data science and AI
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in AI/ML/NLP/GenAI development and deployment
Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work onsite in Lexington, MA 2β3 days per week
U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of the work
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Experience working in R&D or government-supported environments
Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI architectures
