Role : Appian Lead
Location : 100% Remote
Job Type : Contract
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Design, implement, and validate new features and enhancements using latest Appian BPM technology
· Work closely with development team and analysts to produce efficient applications according to customer requirements
· Support the customer through user testing and business readiness activities
· Contribute to internal Appian development best practices and design guide
· Participate in Scrum framework; contribute to user story refinement, sprint planning, and retrospective events
· Perform peer reviews and contribute to software testing
· Mentor junior developers
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree
· 10 years of experience implementing with Appian based solutions
· 2 year of full enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) delivery, including end-to-end planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
· Experience with Relational Databases and SQL
· Appian Certification
Desired Skills:
· Experience with Scripting languages such as Python
· Experience with Cloud-based Technologies such as AWS
· Experience with DevSecOps technologies such as Jira, SVN, Git, Jenkins, Selenium, Postman, SoapUI, Sonar, Nessus, and Fortify
